It wasn’t until I had the opportunity to work with a particular client that I was able to see the impact of his work. This is a big deal. When expectations are not met, you may feel depressed, sad, and confused. Learning to manage your expectations is a great thought process to help you move forward.

These are just a few examples. At MPH we aim to manage realistic expectations regarding weight loss, body fat loss, muscle growth and performance. What I’ve found is that many people are confused about what real expectations are for their health and wellness. That’s why it’s important to know the specific symptoms and details you want to improve towards your goals.

When expectations are not met, it means people give up, give up, and change their behavior in ways that harm their goals.

When expectations are not met, replace them with gratitude. Appreciate a lesson learned, a journey, a small victory, or an accomplishment you’ve achieved. Again, this has the power to help you move forward and not let your emotions get in the way…and trust me, sometimes your emotions can get in the way of getting what you want.

Who you surround yourself with will influence your decisions. The more quality decisions you make, the better your quality of life will be… (this is actually the third lesson I’ll talk about).
